Jenny Gryniewicz Promoted to Vice President of Statewide Development for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin
MILWAUKEE, Wis.—Jennifer Gryniewicz has been promoted to Junior Achievement of Wisconsin’s new role of Vice President of Statewide Development, providing strategic oversight for statewide and multi-region philanthropic efforts to expand opportunities for students across Wisconsin. Junior Achievement of Wisconsin serves more than 100,000 students across the state, inspiring and preparing them for lifelong success.
Gryniewicz has 30 years of experience working with Milwaukee area nonprofits, serving in a variety of roles connecting business leaders and philanthropists to community causes. She has secured funding and support for major projects and programs that have contributed to improving the greater Milwaukee area.

In her expanded role, Gryniewicz will continue to oversee development efforts for Southeast Wisconsin while leading efforts to significantly grow financial resources, strengthen external partnerships, and enhance Junior Achievement’s brand across the state.
Previously, as Senior Development Director for Junior Achievement of Wisconsin, Gryniewicz managed statewide fundraising and capital campaigns, external relations and major events.
Prior to her time with Junior Achievement, Gryniewicz served as Senior Development Director for the UW-Milwaukee Athletics Department and has been recognized as one of the Milwaukee Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” for her development work with the Milwaukee Wave Soccer Club.
Gryniewicz earned her degree in business economics from Marquette University and her MBA in nonprofit management from Concordia University.
